Northline Canada Sales
Terms & Conditions
These terms describe the proposed one-time data licence. An enquiry does not create an order. We confirm the exact records, fields, price, delivery and any order-specific terms with you in writing before payment.
1. Orders and pricing
Prices shown on the website are in Canadian dollars, before applicable taxes. Record bands are based on unique records delivered. Availability and field coverage vary by category and geography. A written quote will confirm your selected scope, final count, included fields, price and delivery format. The website does not take payment or automatically grant dataset access.
2. Data licence
After payment and delivery, the purchasing organization receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the delivered data for its own internal business purposes. Its staff may use and share the file within that organization.
Important: Resale, redistribution outside the purchasing organization, sublicensing, public posting and use to build a competing dataset are not included. Ask us for a separate written licence if you need any of those rights.
3. Data quality and verification
This is early-access business data. Records, contact details, websites, status and locations can change; a listed field is not a guarantee that it remains valid. We provide data as of the delivery or check date identified with the file.
For qualifying early buyers, one follow-up verification pass on the records purchased is included at no additional charge. It includes a refreshed CSV and a changes-only file. We are checking website status, postal codes and other available details; results describe the check date and do not guarantee every record can be verified. The written quote will confirm the verification scope and timing for an order.
4. Lawful use and outreach
The purchaser is responsible for its own use of the data, including applicable privacy and marketing rules. A business email or phone number appearing in a file does not, by itself, give consent to send marketing messages. If you send commercial electronic messages in Canada, assess consent, sender-identification and unsubscribe requirements under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation. Keep appropriate suppression and opt-out records.
5. Notices and order-specific terms
The licence does not transfer ownership of the underlying data or remove any notices supplied with the delivery. Payment, cancellation, refund and any additional rights or restrictions will be stated in the written quote or order agreement before purchase. If an agreed written order conflicts with this page, the written order controls for that purchase.
